REMINDERS FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2008 – 2009

Enrollment Schedule: (8:00 – 11:00 AM; 1:00 – 3:00PM)

1. Please present Report Card and Reservation Receipt
2. Old students must bring their School ID / Student Number
3. Those who have children in different grade/year level may enroll all at the same time

April 14 - Kinder; 15 - Prep; 16 - Grade 1; 17 - Grade 2; 18 - Grade 3; 21 - Grade 4; 22 - Grade 5; 23 - Grade 6; 24 - First year; 25 - Second Year; 28 - Third year; 29 - Fourth year; June 3 - Summerians

Enrolment Procedure:
Step 1: Present Report Card at the Guidance Office for screening and verification
Step 2: Proceed to assessment section.
Step 3: Proceed to the Cashier for payment.
Step 4: Proceed to the Registrar’s Office and present your official receipt of payment for
the issuance of Admission Card.

School Supplies: All school supplies (Kinder – High School) will be available on May 19 – 23, 2008. Present the Admission Card to claim the school supplies, workbooks and books of the student at assigned classrooms. Other supplies needed during the year will also be available in the bookstore.

Summer Classes: ® Kinder and Prep pupils will have their enrichment class on April 14 - May 9, 8:00 – 10:00 am, Monday – Friday
® High School Students may enroll in any school offering summer classes.

The Library: The Library will open during summer, every Tuesday from 8:00am – 12:00 nn
Students are enjoined to borrow books for summer.

Increase of tuition Fees: There will be a 9% increase in tuition fees to provide greater opportunities for the students to avail quality education in our institution.

Uniform: Clothing materials (green short pants, khaki pants, skirt) patches and socks with SJA initials should be bought in school.

Uniform for Preschool pupils - Green short pants and white polo (boys) with SJA patch ; Skirt with jumper and white blouse (girls)

Uniform for Grades 1-6 and High School Girls – skirt without jumper, white blouse and ribbon for
Grade School and necklace with patch for High School.

Grades 1 – 3 Boys - Khaki shorts, white polo shirt (no side slit, no polo jacket) with SJA patch.

Grades 4 – 6, HS Boys - Khaki pants, white polo shirt (no side slit, no polo jacket) with SJA patch.

High School Evening Classes for Adults (HEFA):
Enrollment Schedule: May 19 – 23, 2008 (5:00 – 6:30pm)
